This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Thanks for adding me to your friends list. You should check out *ArtisanCraft club if you are interested in the craft work that gets submitted to dA. I'm one of the admins there. There are heaps of member's collages to look at and interviews and contests etc. You could even join the club if you like the look of it. Details are all on the club page

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.
When was the last time you got your hands dirty? Check out *ArtisanCraft
Thank you!
It has been really fun checking out the work of other artists and reminding myself that I am not creating works in a vaccum.
I am really feeling inspired not only to photograph and scan more work ( maybe this will be the impetus for me to discipline myself to really document my stuff) but to bring into form the ideas gelling in my head.
I live in a very rural and isolated area ( by choice). In the spring of 2005 I closed the doors of my open studio in town, and since have been feeling the lack of exhibition and feedback on my work.
This website is wonderful... just the thing, perhaps, i needed.

whose interests lie in subverting the dominant paradigm
Right now, I am trying to shake myself out of a royal creative funk.. maybe writing a tutorial would provide the vibration I need...
Hmmm.. interesting idea.. Thanks!
